Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast Terms and Conditions

We at The Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast, a luxury city centre hotel, strive to provide a comfortable and secure environment for all our guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that we deem necessary to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. In order to maintain the exclusivity and high standards of our establishment, we have implemented an admission policy for guests over the age of 25, with the requirement of presenting a photo ID matching the credit card used for reservation or payment. Please familiarize yourself with the following policy:

 

1. Age Requirement:

   - All guests must be 25 years of age or older to stay at our hotel.

   - Guests below the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement.

 

2. Photo ID Requirement:

   - Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification card, such as a passport or driver's license.

   - The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card used for reservation or payment.

 

3. Credit Card Requirement:

   - The credit card used for reservation or payment must be presented upon check-in.

   - The credit card holder must be the primary guest staying at the hotel.

   - If the credit cardholder will not be present at check-in, please contact our reservations team in advance to make arrangements for an alternative payment method.

 

4. Exceptions:

   - In exceptional cases, such as group bookings or corporate reservations, where multiple rooms are reserved using a single credit card, please inform our reservations team in advance to provide the necessary authorization and documentation.

 

5. Refusal of Entry:

   - Failure to meet the age requirement or present a valid photo ID matching the credit card used for reservation may result in refusal of entry to the hotel.

   - In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the reservation.
