The Boardroom

The Boardroom/Private Dining Room at the Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast sits perched above the foyer at the mezzanine level. A glass wall ensures silence and privacy while still letting in all of that light, and a sense of activity for the city bustle.

The room has just had a complete makeover, so it is warm and contemporary, with cool designer lighting and all the mod cons.

BYOM – that’s Bring Your Own Meeting. Walk in and connect automatically to cameras, mics, speakers, and sound bars.

A retirement party that’s a stylish send-off. A five-star private dining evening. A presentation that will wow. For whatever reason you need a conference room or event space in Belfast city centre, this is the one that makes a statement.

ROOM HIRE:

Full day - £500 including VAT 8.30am- 5pm

Half Day or Evening - £295 including VAT

FOOD & BEVERAGES:

Still/sparking water (250mls): £3 per bottle, or we offer complimentary jugs of water

Tea/Coffee with shortbread, cookies, or pastries: £7 per person

Bacon rolls £7.50 per person

Fresh fruit skewers or smoothie of the day: £4 per person

Lunch options:

Fish & chips, burger and fries, or chicken curry £22 per person

Chicken Caesar salad £20 per person

Fresh sandwiches and soup of the day £18 per person

*Please advise of any special dietary requirements or allergies in advance.

We offer sustainable Meetings & Events, therefore the table is blank with no collateral or stationary etc placed on the desks. On request, we can provide pads, pens etc.

  • Eg, corporate meeting, presentation, product launch, client meeting, private, etc. Please note that we are committed to providing sustainable and environmentally-friendly meetings and events. Any collateral, pencils, stationary etc will be provided at one table/supply station instead of being set for each person. We encourage clutter-free meetings and the use of your own laptop to connect to our screens.

  • Please note our maximum capacity for a meeting is up to 10 guests in BT2 and up to 30 guests in The Boardoom/Private Dining Room. We can host up to 140 guests across 3 sections for lunch or dinner in The Restaurant.
